Introduction of Application Range
The following places need to be equipped with the magnet separator:
(1) Magnet separator is needed in front of the wheat cleaning cabinet. There is no cleaning equipment after the wheat cleaning cabinet. Under the wheat cleaning cabinet is flour mill, to prevent the magnetic impurities getting into the flour mill and damaging the grinder roll, so there must set up a magnet separator before wheat cleaning cabinet.
(2) Magnet separator is needed in front of the wheat scourer. For the high speed of rotating speed, to prevent the screw, nut, spanner, etc, these magnetic impurities from getting into the equipment, so it requires magnet separator to guarantee the operation.
(3) Magnet separator is needed in front of the wheat washer.
(4) Magnet separator is needed in front of the finished product packing. Products will be sent into the market after packing. For the safety of customers and the reputation of producer, there must set up a magnet separator before the finished product packaging.
